These terms apply to Vocalings Suite (the "Software"), its AI service and this website, provided by [Company legal name] ("we", "us"). By installing or buying the Software you agree to them.
1. Buying
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to your payment.
2. Licence
A Vocalings Suite licence lets you use the Software for life, for personal and commercial music work, on up to 2 computers at a time. You may not share, resell or publish your key, or copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Software, except where the law allows it.
3. Free trial
The trial gives you the full Software for 14 days from its first start on a computer. An internet connection is needed to start it. One trial per computer.
4. The AI service
- A licence includes 1 month of the AI service from the purchase. After that, the AI needs the AI Plan ($4.99 a month). The Software keeps working without it.
- The AI has an allowance that covers normal use each month. Extra AI credits ($7.99 for 10,000) don't expire while the service runs.
- The AI needs the internet. We work to keep it available, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we may improve or change how it works.
- The AI suggests settings; you are responsible for your mix and for what you publish.
5. AI Plan subscriptions
The AI Plan is optional. When your included month ends, the Software asks if you want it; if you do, you subscribe through Paddle's checkout. It renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time through the link in your Paddle receipt; the AI stays on until the end of the paid month.

7. Your audio
Your audio stays on your computer. Voice commands from the TALK button are turned into text on your computer. To answer a request, the AI receives your text and a short technical description of your vocal (such as levels and frequency balance), not your recording.
8. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced on this website or in the Software.
